Sorry for slacking, folks. I can't believe it's been almost two months since I've updated, but life has been busy! I have made A LOT of progress in the past two months. I still have that healthy appetite and am growing
like a weed ~ weighing in at 15 lbs. now.

I am also a lot stronger as I've been holding my head up for over a month now and can even reach out for things, hold onto them and even bring them to my mouth. I'm still not a big fan of tummy time but I'm getting better with it everyday. I'll be crawling before you know it.
A few weeks ago my mom moved me to my own room. She tells me that she had a really hard time not being right next to me those first few nights, but I loved it! My crib is so much roomier than the bassinet and I can just stretch out. In fact, I'd say I'm sleeping even better (an impressive 5-7 hours most nights). Plus my nursery is awesome. I love being in there.

Since I last wrote, my mom went back to work part-time, so grandma comes to babysit on those days (and grandpa usually comes to visit too). I really love my grandparents. I've been "talking" a lot more even make a clicking sound with my mouth. And now I can laugh! Yes, so many discoveries... like feet! I've found my feet and play with them often. Everyone gets a kick out of me :)

Time has just been flying. We've been very busy and Easter weekend was a busy too. The evening before, I went to Scottsdale with my mom and grandparents to watch my cousins Steven and Jacob be baptized and Steven and my Auntie Krista be confirmed in the church. Considering it was a 2 hour long mass, I actually did quite well. I didn't scream in the church and mom only had to take me out twice when I started to get a little fussy. Aside from that, I actually quite enjoyed it. I was bouncing in my momma's arms to the music. The next day we all met up in Casa Grande for Easter brunch. I got all dressed up! I was told I looked quite handsome in my tie. I was even well behaved that day. I like getting out and being social. And speaking of socializing, my mom has been taking me to this weekly get together at the library called Babytime. I sure like that a lot too. So far I've always been the youngest one there, but that's okay, I love being around other babies. We sit on a mat (or in mommy's lap) and sing songs and hear short stories. It's a blast.

I suppose that is all for now. My daddy comes home in less than 2 months and I bet he can't wait to see how I've changed.
I will try to be a better blogger so I keep all of you updated too ;) Until next time my friends....
